The TPA3116D2 chip is a digital power amplifier chip with a power efficiency of over 90%, low idle loss characteristics, and therefore very low heat generation.

The TPA3116D2 advanced oscillator/PLL circuit uses multiple switching frequency options to suppress AM interference; when used with the master-slave mode option, multiple devices can be synchronized.
The TPA3116D2 provides comprehensive protection against short circuits, overheating, overvoltage, undervoltage, and DC faults. In overload conditions, the device reports the fault to the processor, thus preventing damage to itself.
