Refunds and Returns
1. Returns and Refunds: Samples support unconditional returns and refunds within 10 days.
2. Returns and Refunds for Bulk Sales Orders: Not bound by the Non-Non-Compliant Return (NCNR) agreement. Returns are not accepted except for manufacturer defects or damage.
3. No order may be cancelled or refunded without the company's prior written consent. If the company agrees to cancel/refund an order, the customer must obtain a return authorization number from the company before returning the goods. The customer must return the goods to the company at their own risk and cost within 10 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in good condition, resaleable, and in their original packaging (including all outer packaging provided by the company). Goods returned after 10 days for reasons of "not needed" or "ordering error" may be accepted at the company's discretion, but a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the invoice amount will apply. Any goods not in the product catalog or not in stock may not be returned under this clause. Any static-sensitive goods provided in sealed packaging may not be returned if their blister pack or "peel-off" packaging has been opened, altered, or damaged. 4. The company will endeavor to transfer any warranty or guarantee rights provided by the product manufacturer to the customer. Not all products come with a manufacturer's or company warranty, and the warranty periods offered by manufacturers vary. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the applicability of the company's warranty and/or any manufacturer's warranty terms at the time of purchase.
5. All refunds for online payments will be processed within 2 business days. Proof of refund processing will be provided. However, the refund arrival time depends on the customer's payment bank or payment channel.
