Terms of Purchase

These Terms and Conditions, together with any terms accepted by the Company in relation to the order, constitute the complete agreement between the Company and the customer regarding the ordered goods.

1. All products support a minimum order of 1 piece.

2. All products support bulk purchase discounts; the more you buy, the greater the discount. A 26% discount is available for orders of 10 pieces or more. For orders of 100 pieces or more, please contact us for inventory or production schedule information.

3. Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, wise.com, and wire transfer. Additional fees incurred by wire transfers, except for direct online payment channels, must be borne by the order purchaser.

4. A 4% discount is available when using wise.com and wire transfers.

5. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight (automatic calculation). If shipping costs exceed US$80, please contact us for a manual quote.

6. All product prices are in US dollars and do not include VAT. The Company has made every reasonable effort to ensure that the applicable prices of goods as of the date of publication of these Terms and Conditions are accurately listed in the catalog, but reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The final price is subject to the price at the time the order is accepted. If goods are delivered in installments (“installment delivery”), the price of the first shipment will be the price for that installment period; however, if the installment delivery period lasts 60 days or more, and the price of the goods increases before the end of that period, the Company reserves the right to charge the customer additional fees.

7. The Company reserves the right to refuse to do business with any company or individual, or to impose reasonable conditions (e.g., providing a valid landline telephone number or prior receipt of cleared funds) before accepting any order, if the Company deems it reasonably necessary for security or fraud prevention purposes.

8. Once sample order payment is completed, we promise to ship the order within 3 business days to the customer's designated address. The company may use any feasible delivery method. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer in the order will be borne by the customer. Some bulk orders may experience stock shortages. If we cannot wait for the replenishment period, we will refund the equivalent value of the out-of-stock portion and shipping costs.

9. Customers must inspect the goods as soon as possible after receiving them (or after service completion). The company will not be liable for any defects in the goods unless the customer notifies the company in writing within 5 days of receipt.

10. Our products are not designed or authorized for implantation in the human body or for use in life support devices, other medical devices, or any application or system that may result in personal injury, death, serious property damage, or environmental damage due to product malfunction. Use of our products in any such devices, systems, or applications is strictly prohibited and is at the customer's own risk.

11. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to government action, war, fire, explosion, flood, import/export regulations or embargoes, labor disputes, or inability or delay in obtaining or obtaining the supply of goods or labor), nor shall such failure or delay be deemed a breach of this Agreement. The Company may, at its sole discretion, choose to delay performance or cancel all or part of this Agreement.
