This SR602 module features high sensitivity, fast response, low static power consumption, compact size, and easy installation. It comes pre-installed with a lens and soldered pin headers; no adjustments are required once the power supply is connected. It can be used in motion-sensor lights, alarms, security systems, access control systems, on-demand video recording, and automated equipment in agriculture, forestry, and mining.
Key Points
1. The high-level output time of this product is adjustable from 2.5 seconds to 1 hour. The factory default output time is 2.5 seconds. To change this, replace one surface-mount resistor. Please refer to the relevant table below for typical delay times and their corresponding resistor values.
2. Lockout time: 2 seconds, not adjustable.
3. Factory-defined as retrievable, cannot be changed.
4. The module's supply voltage is 3.3V to 15V, and the maximum voltage is 2.8V to 18V.
5. The module's output timing is: after power-on, it outputs a high level for 2 seconds, then transitions to a low level, entering standby mode. Changing the delay time will increase the high-level output time after power-on, effectively increasing the startup time to normal operation.
6. With the photosensitive element installed, it does not work during the day but works at night; without the photosensitive element, it works all day (the default is that no photosensitive element is installed).
7. This module is very sensitive. Pay attention to the installation location and try to avoid heat sources and radiation sources (air vents/direct sunlight).
