Shipping

We are an online wholesale platform and shipping costs are charged separately for greater benefit to you.

Air freight costs are based on the weight of the product (including packaging bags and cushioning materials). For products under 2kg, freight is calculated in 50g increments. For products between 2kg and 4kg, freight is calculated in 100g increments. For products over 4kg, freight is calculated in 1kg increments.

If your order exceeds 4kg or the shipping cost exceeds $70, we recommend contacting our customer service for an accurate shipping quote. You will need to provide your zip code address when you contact us.

Air freight options include DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Yun Express, with a delivery time of 7-12 days.

When the weight of the express delivery exceeds 12kg or  air shipping cost exceeds US$100 or sea shipping cost exceeds US$50, you can choose B2B shipping:
Air freight(10-14 days)
Yun quik boat sea freight (15-20 days)
Quik boat sea freight(20-25 days).

This power bank utilizes the Injoinic IP5328P power bank solution, featuring a four-layer gold-plated PCB with optimized layout and wiring. It supports multiple fast charging protocols, including bidirectional 18W fast charging, and offers a total of four charging ports: two USB-A output ports, one USB-C port, and one Micro USB port. All four ports support fast charging. The two USB-A ports support QC3.0, FCP, AFC, MTK, and SFCP fast charging outputs, reaching up to 18W, and support Apple, Samsung, and BC1.2 protocols. The USB-C port supports USB PD bidirectional fast charging and is compatible with FCP, AFC, and SFCP fast charging inputs and outputs, as well as QC3.0, FCP, AFC, MTK, and SFCP fast charging. The Micro USB port supports FCP, AFC, and SFCP fast charging inputs.

Product Module Parameters
Dimensions: 65mm*32.5mm, ultra-thin, 3mm diameter holes at the four corners
Output Interfaces: USBA + USBA + TYPE-C, supports fast charging output (see datasheet for fast charging protocol details)
Input Interfaces: Micro + TYPE-C, supports fast charging input (see datasheet for fast charging protocol details)
Battery Type: 3.7V battery (composite or 18650 lithium battery), single cells in parallel, capacity unlimited; larger capacity results in longer charging and discharging times. For safety, please add a protection board to the battery. The motherboard has positive and negative terminals; the battery must not be connected backwards. Reverse connection will damage the motherboard, and you will be responsible for the consequences! Fast Charging Indicator: Input/output high-voltage fast charging indicator lights
Conversion Efficiency: 95% efficiency (efficiency varies depending on voltage and power). See the datasheet for details.
Buttons: A short press lasting longer than 60ms but less than 2s activates the power indicator and boost output. A long press of 10s resets the entire system. Presses shorter than 30ms will not trigger any response.
Automatic Phone Insertion Detection: The IP5328P automatically detects when a phone is inserted, immediately waking from standby mode and activating the 5V boost to charge the phone, eliminating the need for button operation and supporting buttonless solutions.

Function Description
Low Battery Lock and Activation
When a battery is first connected to the IP5328P, regardless of the battery voltage, the chip is in a locked state, indicated by the lowest digit of the battery indicator flashing four times. When not charging, if the battery voltage is too low and triggers a low battery shutdown, the IP5328P will also enter a locked state.
In the locked state, to reduce static power consumption, the IP5328P does not have a phone insertion detection function and cannot be activated by buttons. At this time, button presses will not activate the boost output, but the lowest digit of the battery indicator will still flash four times as an indication.
In the locked state, the chip's functions can only be activated by entering charging mode.

Charging
The IP5328P has a constant current and constant voltage lithium battery charging management system that supports a synchronous switching structure. It can automatically match different charging voltage specifications.
When the battery voltage is less than 3V, it uses 250mA trickle charging; when the battery voltage is greater than 3V, it enters constant current charging, with a maximum charging current of 5.0A at the battery end; when the battery voltage approaches the set battery voltage, it enters constant voltage charging; when the charging current at the battery end is less than approximately 300mA and the battery voltage approaches the constant voltage, charging stops. After charging is complete, if the battery voltage drops below 4.1V, charging will restart.
The IP5328P uses switching charging technology with a switching frequency of 500kHz. Under normal 5V input charging, the maximum input power is 10W; under fast charging input, the maximum input power is 18W. The maximum charging current at the battery end can reach 5.0A, with a charging efficiency of up to 94%, reducing charging time by 3/4.
The IP5328P automatically adjusts the charging current to adapt to adapters with different load capacities.
The IP5328P does not support simultaneous charging and discharging; it will close the output discharge port during charging to prevent high voltage input from damaging the charged device. The IP5328P boost converter integrates a synchronous switching converter system supporting high-voltage output. It supports a wide voltage range of 5V to 12V, with load capacities of 5V—3.1A, 7V—2.4A, 9V—2.0A, and 12V—1.5A respectively. The switching frequency is 375kHz. It features a built-in soft-start function to prevent malfunctions caused by excessive inrush current during startup. Integrated overcurrent, short-circuit, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection functions ensure stable and reliable system operation.

The boost system's output current automatically adjusts with temperature to ensure the IC temperature remains below the set temperature.
