1. Utilizes a custom-designed heatsink. Specifications: 5mm thick base plate, 21mm tooth height, 85mm length, 63mm width. The boost plate is fixed above the heatsink. The optimized design integrates the heatsink and boost plate for easy and direct use; simply secure it with long screws.
2. Employs a 27mm iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic ring, a 1mm double-wire wound inductor, high-quality filter capacitors, one 1000uF 63V electrolytic capacitor at input, and two 470uF 100V electrolytic capacitors at output. This results in higher-quality boost output power. Features include an onboard power switch, power indicator light, and voltage and current adjustment potentiometers for convenient output adjustment. Input and output utilize 8500 terminals, ensuring strong current carrying capacity and reliable long-term operation.
Applications
1. DIY an adjustable car power supply. Simply connect a 12V power supply to the input, and the output voltage can be freely and continuously adjusted (14V-80V), but the output voltage cannot be lower than the input voltage.
2. Universal car laptop power supply. Connect a 12V power supply to the input, and adjust the output voltage to the laptop's required voltage to operate.
3. Boost charger. It can charge batteries with a voltage higher than 12V, such as 24V batteries, using a 12V power supply, and the charging current is adjustable.
4. Powering electronic devices. As long as the voltage is adjusted to the required voltage and the current does not exceed the rated current, it will work normally.
5. System pre-amplifier power supply. When working on a project with an input of 10V-18V, but the system board requires a power supply of around 24V and has high power, and ordinary DC-DC modules are too weak, this module is your best choice. It can be used directly without debugging, easily achieving high-efficiency, high-power boost.
