12V Soil Moisture Sensor with Relay

The "humidity below set humidity activation" function means that when the soil moisture falls below the set humidity level, the relay will automatically engage, activating sprinklers, water pumps, etc., to humidify the soil. It will automatically stop when the set humidity is reached.

Applications: This system allows for automatic watering of vegetable gardens and flower beds, controlling soil moisture in potted plants, and is suitable for various electronic competitions. It features a high-power relay to control high-current equipment. The relay automatically activates when the humidity is below the set level and automatically deactivates when the humidity exceeds the set level. It also includes a delay function to solve the problem of the relay continuously flashing at the humidity threshold without a delay. This is a simple and practical soil moisture control system.

Product Introduction
1. This product uses a soil sensor manufactured by our company to detect soil moisture. The surface is nickel-plated, providing a wider sensing area, improving conductivity, preventing rusting in direct contact with soil, and extending service life.
2. The product can control soil moisture over a wide range. The corresponding threshold is adjusted via a potentiometer. When the moisture level is below the set value, the relay engages; when it exceeds the set value, the relay disengages.
3. The product features a delay function of 3-5 seconds. When the detected moisture level is at a critical point, the relay will not flicker, eliminating the flickering phenomenon.
4. The product uses a Songle relay, capable of handling a 1500W load, meeting the requirements of most users.
5. The product has a power indicator and a relay engagement indicator.

Module Instructions

1. This sensor is suitable for soil moisture detection;
2. The blue potentiometer in the module is used to adjust the soil moisture threshold. Clockwise adjustment increases the controlled moisture level, and counter-clockwise adjustment decreases it;
3. Because this module has a delay function, when adjusting the humidity value, wait approximately 5-8 seconds after each adjustment and observe the relay change. The green LED will also change accordingly until the desired humidity level is reached.
