Based on high-performance humidity sensing elements from Humirel, France, the new generation HTU21D temperature and humidity sensor sets a new standard in size and intelligence: it is embedded in a reflow-solderable dual in-line flat no-leads (DFN) package, with a bottom area of 3x3mm and a height of 1.1mm. The sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in standard I2C format. It offers diverse output options, a wide operating voltage range, and high temperature and humidity accuracy. The HTU21 series modules are designed for low-power, small-size applications, offering advantages such as excellent quality, fast response speed, strong anti-interference capabilities, and high cost-effectiveness, with a compact size (3x3mm) and low power consumption.
Furthermore, the HTU21D is fully compatible with the Swiss SHT20 and SHT21, allowing for pin-to-pin hardware without circuit board modifications. The software is also identical to the Swiss SHT20 and SHT21, enabling compatible replacement without any modifications. Meanwhile, the HTU21D offers a significant price advantage over the Swiss SHT20 and SHT21, making it highly cost-effective. The HTU21D, an ultra-compact integrated temperature and humidity digital output module, is a high-performance product from the French sensor manufacturer Humirel. Furthermore, the HTU21D boasts substantial advantages in price, performance, and power consumption.
